I refined a boomerang but It said backpack was full and sent it to my mail but there was nothing there it was 3 try refinement. Please give me my boomerang I had the same problem with pet armor but a boomerang is rare. Please help

Worst experience. I played this game since the first day it started for 2years and spent morethan 1k usd. I quit and tried to comeback but I cannot see my character on the same google play account.
The game is FINE it's buggy but it's a reskin of the ddtabk game onto a mobile game engine it's good for a grindy online mobile game. SERVER 81 CARRY BTW

Support doesn't fix undelivered orders. Sent a ticket under support for an undelivered order a week ago and had no response or fix. Wrote a review here and was told again to contact support which i did and again, no response.
